With a passion for fitness functionality and healthy eating, Glender is an International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA) certified Personal Trainer and also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Her love of kinesiology, especially those that apply to conditioning and body adaptation, remains the pivotal point for the development of her programs including the ACTIVE Shift system, which are always practical, result focused and easy to follow.
